Vigo: Are-more Festival

The music festival Are-More has become a highlighted quote from classical music to have the presence "of the best voices of the late twentieth and early twenty-first."

The program Are-More 2005 had as its main new division in five cycles: "As imaxes do amor", "Encontros twilight", "A public training-Are not More", "A guitar concerto" and "Podium novos galegos interpreters ".

New for this edition are organized activities such as the "Music for or silence", a film series no sound with live music, in collaboration with the Film Club Lumiere and own conservatory with the groupings interpreted live music . These films as "City Lights", "The lazy", "The The General" and "Nosferatu".

Moreover, also in collaboration with the Conservatory, there will be a lecture by pianist Victor Rodriguez, leveraging their concert on December 3.

The closing of the Festival was provided by Anne Sofie von Otter, "one of the best sopranos in the world." Von Otter gave an overview of the works of love and hate the English and Italian Baroque. This concert, like the opening, in which the Wiener Akademie Handel played, could be enjoyed in the Teatro-Cine Fraga at the price of 20 euros entry.
