Cormorants (Fauna and flora of the islands)

The cormorant moñudo is another species of seabirds that more plentiful on the island. This species is developed with greater mastery in the marine environment that the gull. In the Cíes breed some 1,500 couples annually which represents one of the largest concentrations in Europe.
