Savannah monitor: Varanus exanthematicus. It is a giant lizard tail thick and powerful legs with which excarva easily. It is quite voracious, from invertebrates to eat snakes, bones, small mammals, turtles and chickens and even carrion traps with his mouth. He lives in arid, hot and sandy of the African savannah. Provides food for native Africans in many countries, roast it and eat it, including the skin and fat.
